AKD Setup

FOR ALL DRIVES

• DIN 1 --> Set to Mode 25

• DIN 2 --> Set to Mode 25

FOR DRIVE 1 & DRIVE 7 ONLY

• DIN3 --> Set to Mode 25

• Disable Mode --> Set to 2 - Control Stop Then Disable

• Break --> Apply and release delays set to 75 or 100 ms, maybe a little less. Then take that delay into account before we can start commanding motion

WHERE

• X7.1 to X8.3 = Common Ground

• X7.10 = DI1 (Sotfware Enable)

• X7.9 = DI2 (Sotfware Enable)

• X7.4 = DI3 (Hardware Enable)
