Set speed, jog, adjust and monitor the components status.

Speed Section

  • Analog Speed Dial represents the speed value evaluated from the physical analog dial.
NOTE: Read Only (cannot be edited).

Jog Section

Jog Speed

From Top to Bottom
  • Text Box allows you to enter a speed value.
  • Slider allows you to set a speed value.
  • Increment (+2) Button allows you to increment a speed value by 2.
  • Decrement (-2) Button allows you to decrement a speed value by 2.
NOTE: text box, slider, increment button and decrement button are all correlated to the Speed Value.

Jog Switches

From Top to Bottom
  • Jog Mode Switch allow you to turn on Jog Mode.
  • Axe Switch allows you to turn on the particular axes that you want to jog.(All Axes, Printer, Chiller, Cutter, Deitz, Puncher)
  • JOG + Button allows you to jog in positive (forward) direction.
  • Checkbox represents that Diverter will toggle with book count while jogging.
NOTE: You need to turn on Jog Mode Switch in order to toggle switches and jog. You can do any combination of axes to Jog.

Adjustment Section

From Top to Bottom
  • Increment (+1/32) Button allows you to increment (Sheet Size or Punch Offset).
  • Decrement (-1/32) Button allows you to decrement (Sheet Size or Punch Offset).
NOTE: those buttons will reflect the value of Sheet Size or Punch Offset in a Setup Page.

Status Section

  • Paper Route indicate the current paper route position.
  • Punch Enable represent a state of punch axis.
  • Actual Speed represents a current paper speed.
NOTE: Ready Only (cannot be edited).
  • Sheet Size represents a current sheet size of paper that is being cut.
NOTE: Ready Only (cannot be edited).
  • Book Count represents a number of book (a stack of sheet) that has been collected.
  • Limit (167) represents a number of book per stack.
  • RESET Button allow you to reset a number of book that has been collected.
NOTE: A paper route will change when a book count reach its limit. Book = a particular number of sheet set.
  • Total Stack represents a number of stack that has been collected.
  • RESET Button allows you to reset a number of stack that has been collected.
Note: Stack = a set number of book that will be divided into different paper route.
